Returns & Refunds – Headdresses & Show Costumes

Due to the handmade, delicate, and performance-based nature of our headdresses and show costumes, we do not offer returns or exchanges on these items.

However, if you believe there is a genuine issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If a return is agreed upon, the item must be sent back at your own cost and arrive in its original condition. Once received and inspected, we will refund the item price (original shipping is non-refundable).

Because of the fragile and custom nature of these pieces, we ask that you consider your purchase carefully and feel free to reach out with any questions before ordering.
